These terms apply to the sefr.ai website and to potato, the AI phone host operated by Sefr Inc. By using either, you agree to them.

Using the website and service

You may use this website for lawful purposes. Restaurants that use potato also agree to any order form or agreement they sign with us; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

What potato does

potato answers calls on behalf of restaurants. It provides information and takes orders and reservations for the restaurant. The restaurant, not Sefr Inc., is responsible for fulfilling those orders and reservations and for the food, prices and service it offers.

AI can make mistakes

potato uses AI, which can misunderstand a caller or get details wrong. Restaurants should review orders and reservations before acting on them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the website or service to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or reverse engineer the service.

No warranties

The website and service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Sefr Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or orders, arising from your use of the website or service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
